• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekend Hours: Rotating every other week

Qualifications

• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Years of Experience: 1+ years of stepdown nursing experience

Role Responsibilities

Utilizes the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability for all aspects of care provided. Evaluates the effectiveness of care delivered by other direct care providers. Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments and maintains patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information. Behaves in accordance with the organization's mission, values, and service standards.
