Senior Staff Accountant

AllerVie Health is a national allergy and immunology platform with a growing corporate accounting function. We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting out of our Frisco, TX headquarters. What You'll Own Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including financial statements and variance analysis Support internal and external audits with schedules, documentation, and inquiry responses Analyze account balances and financial transactions to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Assist with tax filings, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting of revenues, expenses, and capital assets Mentor junior accounting staff on accounting principles and best practices Participate in system upgrades and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or healthcare environment Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Preferred: experience in multisite healthcare, familiarity with RCM revenue recognition, and ERP systems such as NetSuite Why This Role Onsite role at AllerVie's Frisco, TX headquarters with a collaborative finance team #J-18808-Ljbffr AllerVie Health
