About No Worries Care No Worries Care is a locally owned home care agency helping seniors and adults stay safe and independent at home across Washington and Oregon. Our office team makes sure every caregiver is trained, supported, and set up to succeed. About the Role We are hiring a full-time Onboarding Coordinator to own caregiver onboarding and orientation. Our recruiters find, interview, and hire caregivers. You take it from there: you lead orientation, get every new hire fully compliant, and hand our scheduling team a caregiver who is ready to work. When onboarding is handled, you back up our scheduling team on shift finalization, billing and payroll readiness, and scheduling. This position is based in our Tacoma office, but also assists our Renton office to lead orientations there. What You Will Do Onboarding and Orientation (primary focus) Lead new caregiver orientations every week in both Tacoma and Renton (typically two per office), each about three hours covering agency policies and Washington State requirements Facilitate the required online training (about two hours) and make sure every new caregiver completes it Receive new hires from our recruiters after the interview and schedule them into the next orientation Collect and track new-hire paperwork, e-signatures, background checks, TB tests, and certifications so every caregiver file is complete and compliant Prepare orientation materials and rooms, and follow up with anyone who has missing items Be a friendly first point of contact for new caregivers during their first weeks Shift Finalization and Billing Readiness Review and finalize caregiver shifts each pay period Verify client rates, authorizations, and EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) for Medicaid, VA, and private-pay clients Resolve missed clock-ins, visit exceptions, and mismatches before billing and payroll run so both go out clean and on time Backup Scheduling Serve as the alternate scheduler for our Scheduling Coordinator Fill open shifts, cover call-offs, and communicate schedule changes with caregivers and clients What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience in home care, home health, senior living, healthcare staffing, HR, or another office coordinator role (home care experience is a big plus) Confident leading a room of new hires and explaining rules clearly and warmly Highly organized and detail-oriented; you like a finished checklist and a complete file Comfortable with computers and software; experience with WellSky/ClearCare, EVV, or ProviderOne is a plus Familiarity with Washington DSHS home care rules, Medicaid, or VA billing is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for weekly travel between Tacoma and Renton Must pass a Washington State DSHS background check High school diploma or equivalent Pay and Benefits $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience Full time, Monday through Friday, daytime office hours 10 days paid vacation, plus Washington paid sick leave Health, dental, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match $60 phone stipend Mileage reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
