Right at Home, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions across Idaho. We are looking for experienced Caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and are committed to delivering high-quality support to clients in their homes.

Competitive pay: $19–$22/hour, depending on experience and certification.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care services, including showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Assist clients safely and respectfully during showering and hygiene routines

Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship

Work primarily in clients’ homes as a trusted Caregiver, with varying shift times and care needs

Requirements:

Previous experience assisting clients with showering and personal hygiene is required

Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check

Reliable, honest, and compassionate Caregiver with a strong desire to help others
