Job Description Location New Albany, OH, US / Louisville, KY, US Title Interventional Pain Management Physicians Full Description Company Description We have immediate openings for Interventional Pain Management Physician at our locations in New Albany, OH and Louisville, KY We offer a comprehensive training program that equips physicians with the essential skills to manage chronic pain effectively. This includes assessing pain symptoms and creating customized, multidisciplinary treatment plans tailored to each patient. Providers engage in hands-on training with fluoroscopically guided cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral procedures, such as epidurals, medial branch blocks/neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation. By emphasizing these advanced interventional techniques, we empower our providers to minimize the use of pain medications while delivering exceptional care in a private practice setting. The ideal candidate is driven to grow their practice and contribute to Organization mission of expanding our national footprint. Shift schedules: Monday through Friday with minimal after hour call rotation schedule. Bonus: Sign On Bonus Available Quarterly Bonus compensation in accordance with the organization metrics for all Services performed by Physician. Relocation: Relocation assistance (if applicable) Negotiable Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Pain Medicine Physician Expertise in Anesthesiology and Pain Management Professional experience in Spine care and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation In-depth understanding of general Medicine and clinical protocols Board certification (or eligibility) in Pain Medicine Strong communication and interpersonal skills for compassionate patient care Commitment to ethical practices, detail orientation, and collaborative teamwork Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and maintain a work-life balance Certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
