What you will do Manage daily operations of the Warsaw office, including supplies, vendors, and equipment. Support recruitment efforts, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and maintain employee records. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Coordinate team events, client meetings, and training sessions to foster employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and contribute to process improvements. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in office management, executive support, or HR coordination. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira, or similar tools.
