Position: CNC Lathe Machinist Mission:
The CNC Machinist's mission is to produce high-quality, precision-machined parts on time while ensuring efficient machine operation and minimizing downtime, contributing to the success of Discflo Pumps' production goals.
Expected Results:
- Deliver precise, high-quality machined parts that meet stringent specifications and quality standards.
- Consistently meet production deadlines to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and optimize machine efficiency through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Operate and program CNC machines to produce parts with high precision.
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards.
- Maintain production schedules by completing tasks on time.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

- Proficiency in CNC machine operation (Lathe, Mill, or both)
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Expertise in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and precision in all work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
