In this role, you will be required to fill shipping or transfer orders from stored merchandise in accordance with pull slip or other instructions, operate machinery, and ensure that the warehouse is organized and clean. Must use forklift to move materials.Representative ActivitiesMaintains open communication with warehouse managerReceiving and processing incoming stock and materialsPicking and filling orders from stockChecks accuracy of incoming and outgoing ordersPrepare trucks for deliveries with correctly pulled materialProvides excellent customer service to walk-in customersOperating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksEnsures warehouse and yard are kept neat and clean and takes pride in our appearanceHelp maintain property which may include mowing and snow removalHelp maintain company vehicle appearance by washing and cleaning insideWork individually or as a team to perform assigned projectsTreats co-works with respectMust be L/B Water Forklift certifiedMay make Non CDL truck deliveriesKnowledge of materials, part numbers and applicationsKnowledge of pipe outside diametersPerforming other relevant duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous experience as a warehouse worker is preferred.Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.Experience in operating machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Ability to lift heavy objects.Good organizational and time management skills.Compensation: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $25, commensurate with experience and qualifications.About LB WaterFor over 50 years, LB Water has been making water, wastewater and stormwater work by delivering the right products, service, training and solutions for our customers.
