Tech Polysom Sr | Sleep Lab | Nights

The Sleep Technician will perform polysomnograms, MWTs, MSLTs, HSTs, and downloading of equipment; score studies; administer oxygen and nasal CPAP; employ ventilatory assist devices per protocols; recognize at‑risk events and notify physicians. Shift Details 6:45 pm – 6:45 am, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. Responsibilities Perform polysomnograms, MWTs, MSLTs, HSTs and downloading of equipment. Score studies. Administer oxygen and nasal CPAP and employ ventilatory assist devices in accordance with established protocols. Recognize at‑risk events and notify appropriate physicians. Qualifications Required Education: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Education: Graduate of Electroneurodiagnostic technology program, either EEG, Respiratory, or Sleep. Necessary Skills: Ability to perform accurate and complete polysomnograms, CPAP and BiPAP, ASV titrations, MSLT, MWT, Oxygen Titration studies in accordance with established policies and procedures and where required, score sleep studies greater than 85% concurrence. Required Licensure/Certifications: RPSGT, RST or CPGST; BLS from the American Heart Association. Required Experience: 3‑5 years experience and demonstrated competency to perform all polysomnographic studies. Preferred Experience: N/A. #J-18808-Ljbffr
