Create customized treatment plans designed to meet both immediate and future communication, cognitive, and swallowing requirements.

Implement individualized speech therapy interventions that focus on communication, language development, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing rehabilitation.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to devise comprehensive care strategies.

Provide education to patients and their families, ensuring continuity of progress beyond sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations and interventions to support a seamless patient journey.

Maintain punctual and accurate documentation in accordance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment practices across all age groups, with a solid comprehension of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and a collaborative care team.

Capability to adjust therapy methods to accommodate a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment complemented by problem-solving proficiency.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
