1st Shift Packer - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a 1st Shift Packer to work with Bright International in New Albany. This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience in the assembly and packaging of high-quality beauty products in a factory and warehouse setting. If you are reliable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to quality, we want to meet you.
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM with 30-minute lunch
- Optional Overtime: Saturday and Sunday
Pay Rates
- 14.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for 1st Shift Packer
- Are you able to stand for 8-10 hours?
Role for 1st Shift Packer
- Work on a production line to assemble, inspect, and pack beauty products
- Perform quality control checks to meet brand standards
- Maintain speed and precision to meet daily production targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth factory operations
- Follow all safety and cleanliness standards in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
