Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will support the cardiology team, ensuring safe and efficient patient care during complex cath lab procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Conduct coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures with proficiency and accuracy.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and operate specialized equipment, including monitors and scrub tools, for each case.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and procedural success.
  
  
• 
  Maintain sterile technique and adherence to safety protocols throughout all procedures.
  
  
• 
  Complete required documentation in the hospitals EPIC electronic medical record system.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all regulatory and certification standards, including BLS, ACLS, ARRT/RCIS, and state licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold at least 2+ years of experience in a Cath Lab or EP environment.
  
  
• 
  Possess current licenses and certifications including SC license, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in coronary diagnostics and interventions.
  
  
• 
  Be able to operate and troubleshoot cath lab equipment effectively.
  
  
• 
  Maintain radiation safety protocols and possess a radiation badge.
  
  
• 
  Be flexible with shift schedules, including day shifts and on-call rotations as required.
