Senior In-House General Counsel — Mortgage & Regulatory

Premier Mortgage Resources, a growing employee-owned mortgage bank, seeks an experienced General Counsel to lead the company's legal function and partner with executive leadership. This hybrid role reports to the CEO with no initial direct reports, and covers mortgage lending, regulatory, privacy, and employment matters.
You will supervise outside counsel, manage risk, oversee contracts, disputes, and regulatory interactions, and ensure compliance across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA
