Project Manager (Pumps)

Responsibilities Collaborate with internal sales teams to understand customer specifications and project expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering, drafting, production, and the customer throughout the project lifecycle. Select, specify, and procure project-related equipment and materials as required. Partner with Quality personnel to establish project-specific quality plans and documentation requirements. Review fabrication drawings for accuracy and coordinate release to production following customer approval. Develop and manage project schedules, key milestones, and progress billing timelines. Coordinate shipment activities with manufacturing personnel and customers to ensure timely delivery. Review, compile, and approve project documentation packages. Monitor project costs and work within established budgets to help maximize profitability. Work closely with engineering leadership and technical teams to ensure all project deliverables meet applicable specifications and performance requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. Minimum of five years of experience managing pump, rotating equipment, or skid-packaged system projects, including exposure to piping and instrumentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
