Job Description:

• Provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients requiring crisis care in various settings.
• Assesses patient conditions and symptoms necessitating crisis care.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors and manages symptoms to ensure patient comfort.
• Communicates with the healthcare team regarding patient status and care plans.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$29.21 - $46.73
