Client: Disney • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience • Provide technical leadership and training, perform peer code reviews and ensure the ServiceNow team follows development best-practices • Excellent hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules • Build and deploy required enhancements to the Service Now Platform • Build and deploy UI policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps • Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM, Demand Management, Vendor Management and other modules • Implementation of Service Now Integrations • Responsible for overall ServiceNow code quality • Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated • Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of software solutions • Build workflows and write automated scripts • Technical leadership, peer code review and ensure that team is following all the best practices • Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc. • Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process
