Engineering Innovation Analyst

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present engaging content for diverse audiences

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in an engineering or manufacturing-related field
• 3 or more years of relevant professional experience required - exceptional candidates with substantial internship co-op or research experience will be considered
• Demonstrated experience synthesizing information conceptualizing solutions and developing technical content for engineering business and government stakeholders
• Familiarity with federal research and development programs and funding mechanisms
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management system
• Interest or experience in emerging technologies including robotics IoT augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR) and artificial intelligence (AI

Additional Information :

This role is restricted to US persons (i.e. US citizens permanent residents and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Boston Engineering will require proof of status prior to employment.

Salary Range:  The base salary range for this position is $90000-$115000 annually commensurate with experience and qualifications. The final offer amount will be determined by factors such as the candidates education knowledge experience and skills. A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance 401(k) match and paid time off is also provided.
