Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to perform blood draws and specimen collection in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and excellent patient care.

Location
We are currently hiring for three Any Lab Test Now locations in San Antonio. and New Braunfels, TX. Candidates must be able to work at any of these locations and have the flexibility to travel between sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with precision and care
• Prepare, label, and process specimens accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort
• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and compliance guidelines
• Assist with front desk duties as needed (check-in, documentation, etc.)

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required (state-specific if applicable)
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation
• CPR certification (preferred)
