We're looking for a Bay Host who brings real hospitality to every interaction. You'll be the face of the guest experience in the bays serving food and drinks, explaining the game, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. If you love people, love a fast pace, and love being the reason someone's visit was unforgettable, this is your role.

The Bay Host is Topgolf's version of a server but with a lot more energy and a lot more fun. You'll host guests in the hitting bays, delivering best-in-class food and beverage service while keeping the experience exciting from the first greeting to the final goodbye. This role requires menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes guests come back.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.

You'll be at the center of the guest experience in one of the most high-energy entertainment venues around. You'll earn tips on top of your hourly pay by delivering hospitality that guests genuinely appreciate. You'll grow your service skills in a fast, fun environment with a team that has your back. Communicates Effectively | You read guests, listen for what they need, and keep the whole bay area coordinated as one team.

• Listens to guests attentively and confirms orders accurately so nothing gets missed
• Communicates clearly with kitchen and support staff to keep food and drink delivery timely and accurate
• Flags guest feedback, bay issues, or service concerns to management promptly and directly
• Contributes to a floor environment where every team member is set up to deliver great service

• Holds themselves accountable for the quality and consistency of every guest interaction in their section
• Anticipates what guests will need before they ask refills, check-ins, game help, and more
• Understands that hospitality is the product and takes pride in delivering it at the highest level every shift
• Always looking for small ways to make a guest's visit more memorable and acts on them

Drives Results | You take ownership of your section and bring your best service every shift because guests deserve nothing less.

• Holds themselves to high standards for service quality, bay cleanliness, and guest engagement every shift
• Manages their section with urgency and ownership nothing gets missed, nothing gets stale
• Notices when a guest experience is slipping and steps in proactively to make it right
• Takes pride in a kitchen that runs well, looks clean, and puts out great food consistently

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of service or hospitality experience preferred, not required
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service licenses and certifications for your location
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving throughout the venue floor and multi-level bay areas; this role requires sustained physical stamina to deliver continuous guest service throughout the duration of each shift
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently, including food and beverage trays, supplies, and equipment across multiple levels of the venue
• Ability to navigate stairs, ramps, and multi-level areas of the venue while carrying food and beverages to guest bays throughout the shift
• Ability to work in varying temperature and weather environments on a frequent basis, including outdoor and partially outdoor bay areas, as well as air-conditioned indoor spaces
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions including carrying trays, opening bottles, and handling service items throughout the shift
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy, high-volume venue environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining focus, service standards, and guest engagement under pressure
