Maximizing client engagement, the full-time remote Dealer Relationship Manager will manage customer accounts, promote product offerings, and execute retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities Maintain a deep understanding of NCC products and services to assist customers and suggest optimal solutions Assess account activity and attrition reports to identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies Conduct proactive outreach to clients, ensuring effective usage of services and identifying upsell opportunities Required qualifications Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role Knowledge of Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes Two or more years of proven experience in KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell initiatives Strong presentation skills
