Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead

Genesis HCC, a leader in skilled nursing and post-acute care, seeks a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN to oversee clinical wound programs and champion skin integrity. In this role, you’ll perform and guide comprehensive wound assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, and manage complex wound treatments. You will educate and mentor nursing staff, monitor risk and outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and families.
