Clinical Coordinator LPN - Children's Clinic Location: VHP Family Health Center, Allentown, PA Job Summary : Assists with the daily operations of the clinical staff, procedures, treatment, and support of the Federally Qualified Health Center Look-alike's needs. Delivers/oversees care provided to patients and functions as an integral member of the leadership team focusing on clinical support staff. Handles general administrative tasks such as scheduling, reception, front end revenue cycle, medical assistant duties, and other community health center tasks. Serves as a clinical resource for all practice staff and is accountable for clinical staff orientation, education, clinical skills competency, clinical office operations, and clinical skills remediation. Facilitates seamless transitions and completion of initiatives designed to enhance the patient care experience inclusive of pre-visit planning and clinical intelligence tools across the continuum. Minimum qualifications : Associate's Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Three years of recent experience in a clinical setting. Active/current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree from Accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. One year of recent experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Bilingual in English/Spanish.
