Role Description The Virtual Design Technician Intern will assist with preparing technical drawings, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and supporting engineering teams with design projects in mechanical and electrical disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and contributing to the development of designs for various projects. This is an on-site internship role based in Germantown, MD. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering concepts Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow technical standards and guidelines Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field Interest in sustainability and innovative design is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr IMEG
