Product Manager, Supply Chain - OTTAVA

Johnson & Johnson RAD seeks a Product Manager for Supply Chain to own end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and lifecycle management for subsystems within the OTTAVA robotic surgical platform. The role drives sourcing, manufacturing, and cost strategies while ensuring quality, delivery, and customer experience across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own supply chain, manufacturing, and lifecycle management strategy for assigned OTTAVA subsystems
• Develop subsystem roadmaps addressing cost, sourcing, manufacturing, capacity, quality, and lifecycle
• Lead lifecycle management activities including obsolescence planning, product changes, and supply continuity
• Drive resolution of material, process, equipment, supplier, and quality issues across functions
• Lead cross-functional task forces and improvement initiatives addressing critical business challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 8 years professional experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or product management
• Proven ability to develop and implement manufacturing and supply chain strategies
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in product development environments
• Medical device, robotics, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems, design controls, and change management processes preferred
