Position Overview We're hiring motivated Production Associates/Machine Operators for our 2nd shift team. You'll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, packaging products, and keeping your work area organized. What You'll Do
- Assist with daily production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handling
- Operate machinery safely and follow all established procedures
- Wrap, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Use pallet jacks and side-wrappers to move product
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Operate recycling equipment (pre-breakers, re-grinders) for EPS materials
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
- Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Take on other duties as needed
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required - we will train
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
- Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working around machines and changing temperatures
