Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Preparation and Installation:
2. • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces using tools provided.
   • Install insulation materials, including door and window foam, fiberglass, cellulose, and spray-applied products, in walls, ceilings, floors, and other areas as required.
   • Seal gaps and seams to ensure proper thermal and acoustic insulation.
3. Site Preparation and Cleanup:
4. • Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or other necessary equipment.
   • Ensure workspaces are clean and free of debris before and after insulation installation.
5. Safety and Compliance:
6. • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
   • Adhere to building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and environmental regulations.
7. Communication and Teamwork:
8. • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
9. Equipment Maintenance:
10. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
    • Report any issues or necessary repairs to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in construction, insulation installation is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Familiarity with various insulation materials and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Skills:

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized insulation equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices and building codes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to different work environments.

Work Environment:

• Work may involve exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, and confined spaces.
• Travel to various job sites is required.
• Work hours may vary depending on project schedules and deadlines.
