Group Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 1+ years of experience in the group fitness industry, with the ability to motivate and educate clients in various fitness disciplines.

Duties

• Lead +/- 10 Fitwall designed classes - up to 18 clients per class.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy knowledge to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
• Engage with clients both on and off the mic. Our community is strong.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in fitness training.
• Follow up with incoming leads.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in the industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics.
• Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training is highly desirable.
• Experience in fitness sales is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire clients.
• A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels while maintaining an engaging atmosphere.
