We are growing—and we want people who want to grow with us. Your Role As a Lead Maintenance Technician , you will be a key member of the property team. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the community is safe, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including condensers and air handlers Complete work orders accurately, safely, and within established timelines Support and help lead the maintenance team Monitor inventory of parts, tools, and supplies Help ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours or according to community standards Assist with preventative maintenance programs Help manage make‑ready and turnkey operations when needed Inspect buildings, grounds, vacant units, and common areas Maintain excellent curb appeal and overall property condition Help ensure compliance with safety and hazard communication procedures Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, coworkers, and supervisors Provide outstanding customer service Assist with maintenance budgets and controlling expenses Participate in technical training to keep your skills current What We're Looking For We are looking for a dependable, experienced professional who can lead by example and get the job done right. HVAC certification required EPA certification required Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair skills Expert-level plumbing knowledge Intermediate electrical knowledge where licensing is not required Ability to diagnose and repair major appliances Multifamily maintenance experience preferred Lead Maintenance or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ready to Take the Lead?
