Focus on new insurance business and prospect the leads generated by lead sources. Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns. Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Guide current staff on handling client coverages and communications. Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols. Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Property and Casualty License Required. Property and Casualty Licensing Fee Paid 100% by Employer. 1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, or luxury retail sales). Insurance experience is a plus. Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
