Client Engagement & Advisory (Primary Ownership)* Act as the single point of accountability for Signavio-related client conversations across pre-sales and early delivery stages.* Lead executive-level discussions (CXO / VP level) on: + Business process transformation + Value realization and KPI-driven outcomes + Fitment of Signavio with SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and process excellence initiatives* Conduct process discovery, maturity assessments, and value workshops using Signavio capabilities.* Build long-term advisory relationships with key client stakeholders.2. Pre-Sales Leadership & Deal Shaping* Own end-to-end Signavio pre-sales for assigned strategic and growth accounts.* Define solution scope, architecture, roadmap, and effort estimations for: + Process Insights + Process Intelligence + Process Manager + Journey Modeling + Transformation & Value Accelerator use cases* Create compelling value narratives, demos, POVs, and business cases aligned to customer priorities.* Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, SOWs, and commercial discussions.3. Solution Architecture & Delivery Alignment* Define target-state process architecture and transformation roadmap using Signavio.* Ensure architectural alignment between: + SAP Signavio + SAP S/4HANA (On-Prem / Private / Public Cloud) + SAP BTP and integration landscape* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure: + Pre-sales commitments are realistic and deliverable + Smooth transition from sales to execution + Governance, quality, and value realization tracking4. Internal Leadership & Account Management Collaboration* Work closely with: + Account Managers + Regional / Global Delivery Heads + Practice Leadership + SAP Alliance & Partner teams* Act as the Signavio thought leader for internal leadership reviews and customer steering committees.* Guide account teams on where and how Signavio fits in broader SAP transformation programs.* Influence account strategy, whitespace identification, and pipeline growth.5. Practice & GTM Enablement* Contribute to building the Signavio practice capability, including: + Reusable assets, demos, and accelerators + Industry-specific value propositions + Methodology alignment with SAP Activate* Support internal enablement sessions for sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.* Stay current with SAP Signavio roadmap, innovations, and SAP strategy updates.Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory* 10–15+ years of experience in SAP consulting / enterprise transformation* 4–6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Pre-Sales, Architecture, or Advisory)* Strong understanding of: + Business process management (BPM) + SAP S/4HANA transformation programs + RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles* Proven experience in client-facing pre-sales roles, including executive presentations and deal shaping* Ability to translate business pain points into measurable value outcomesPreferred* SAP Signavio certification(s)* Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Utilities, Energy, or Services* Exposure to LeanIX, SAP BTP, or Enterprise Architecture concepts* Prior experience in building or scaling a practice or CoESoft Skills & Leadership Traits* Executive presence and strong storytelling ability* High ownership mindset – able to operate independently with minimal supervision* Strong stakeholder management across clients and internal leadership* Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced GTM environments* Mentorship mindset for grooming junior consultants and architects #J-18808-Ljbffr
