Greeting customers in a professional manner
Accurate write up of customer concerns
Convey expected service costs and obtain customer approval
Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Performing any additional task assigned by management

Quick Lane Service Advisor Qualifications:
