Positions open immediately in Missouri and the surrounding Kansas City, MO area, and other states. We offer solid nationwide OTR routes and competitive pay, starting at $104,000 per year with additional bonuses for high performance. Typical Pay Highlights 30% Line Haul + Bonuses (most popular for solos). $1,900–$2,400 Weekly Average + Bonuses. Option to switch to miles pay at any time. Up to 60¢ per mile (automatic drivers). Up to 65¢ per mile (manual drivers). Well over $104k+ per year on percentage, up to $145k top end. No Forced Dispatch. Average Pay Per Week $1,900 – $2,400 per week, with peaks reaching $2,700+ during legal hours. Pay is performance based and includes 30% percentage pay with the option to switch to miles pay anytime. Average drivers earn between $1,900–$2,100 in slow season, $2,100–$2,400 in peak season, with rare dips to $1,500 or peaks to $2,700. Average Company Pay Statistics for Full‑Time Drivers 87% of drivers chose percentage pay in 2025. Top 5% earned $145,000 range in 2025. Most top runners earned around $125,000 in 2025. Average miles: 2,500–3,600 per week. Gross income: roughly $1,600–$2,400 per week (lower for automatics). Team Driver Pay (Miles Based Only) Team driving available. Up to 75¢ per mile plus bonuses. Average miles: 5,500–7,000 per week. Gross income: $4,100–$5,200 per week total split, $2,000–$2,600 per driver. Note: Solos on percentage generally perform better at present. Minimum 2 years of driving experience. Valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions. Experience with modern ELD systems. Must pass a drug test. Valid medical card issued. Stable work history and good references. No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years. No failed or refused drug/alcohol test in last 4 years. No DWI’s, DUI’s, BAC’s in last 4 years. No reckless driving convictions in last 3 years. No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in last 3 years.
