IT Procurement Specialist

We are recruiting for an IT Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing, contracting, and administration of enterprise technology products and services. This position requires a strong combination of IT purchasing knowledge, vendor management experience, and contract negotiation skills.

• Manage procurement and contracts for hardware, software, cloud services, maintenance agreements, and IT vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, software licenses, service agreements, and renewals.
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, service, and business risk.
• Review software licensing terms, including open-source agreements, for compliance.
• Process purchase requisitions, capital expenditure requests, technology orders, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, software licenses, services, and annual maintenance agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support IT budgeting, forecasting, inventory audits, and financial tracking.
• Maintain procurement policies, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Follow ISO 27001 and related information security requirements.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hands-on experience with IT procurement, purchasing, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise hardware, software, and software licensing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, pivot tables, and charting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

• Experience managing Microsoft Enterprise Agreements.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud-service contracts.
• CSAM, CPSM, or a related procurement certification.
