Each day, you'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that improve communication and swallowing abilities. You will evaluate patients, develop therapy strategies, and collaborate to ensure the best possible recovery outcomes. You'll also play a vital role in educating families about therapy techniques, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
