Requirements:

• Proficient in METs testing evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular - [REQUIRED]
• Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) - [REQUIRED]
• AANP - [REQUIRED]
• Active and unrestricted full license - [REQUIRED]
• Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified - [REQUIRED]
• CV needs current home address listed for presentation - [REQUIRED]
• License number [REQUIRED]

• Willing to perform Gen/Med [REQUIRED]
• DMA certified [REQUIRED]
