Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
BC/BE Family medicine physician opportunity in an adult-only, 100% outpatient practice. Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation. Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel with shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light. The practice uses eClinicalWorks EMR. The compensation includes a flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based model. Initial patient volume is approximately 1215 patients per day, ramping to 25+. Benefits include 401(k) match, three weeks of PTO, plus holidays and 3 CME days. H-1B sponsorship is available. Waldorf is a family-friendly suburb of DC, 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA.
