Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in direct marketing campaigns, providing them with product knowledge and recommendations based on their needs. Drive sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets and promoting current sales, promotions, and campaigns. Ensure that our brand is consistently represented through exceptional customer interactions and adherence to brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers. Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible availability, including weekends. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
