Description:
Coverage is typically from 8 am to 5 pm, but the start time is usually 8:30 am.
Lunch breaks are 30 minutes and may vary between 11 am and 1:30 pm, depending on patient schedules.
Weekend coverage exists but is focused on physical therapy only, based on patient needs.
Scheduling is consistent, yet dynamic, informed by patient load.
Weekly huddles determine daily outpatient coverage needs.
Charting is conducted through designated software, accompanied by a manual log.
The facility has a 25-bed capacity, with designated areas for ICU and women's health.
Activity and rehabilitation resources are available in the designated therapy room.
