Hoover - Quick Oil Change Technician - Full Time

Quick Lane Technician Flat Rate Pay + Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus! Are you ready to accelerate your career and income? We're looking for a Quick Lane Technician who's driven, dependable, and passionate about delivering top-tier service. This position is paid based on Flat Rate Hours turned, giving you massive earning potential! The more you work, the more you earn it's that simple. If you have experience servicing all makes and models especially diesels your potential for quick growth is even greater.

What You'll Do:

Perform maintenance and light repair work on a wide range of vehicle makes/models
Ensure top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

Experience servicing various vehicles, including diesel engines
High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong technical and diagnostic skills
Physical dexterity and stamina to meet job demands
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills
Commitment to delivering world-class customer service
