Qualifications Required: Valid BSIS Guard Card High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs without restriction Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal communication skills Proficiency in operating a smartphone for site operations and reporting Willingness to work occasional overtime when requested Preferred: Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, customer service, or security patrol roles Core Duties and Responsibilities Frontline Customer Service Greet clients, guests, and visitors; offer directions and assistance; maintain a helpful, solutions‑driven demeanor. Patrol and Monitoring Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect access points. Access Management Enforce access control measures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Incident Reporting Identify and report irregularities, suspicious behavior, and safety concerns promptly and accurately. Equipment Maintenance Monitor and perform preventive maintenance checks on security equipment. Emergency Response Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm professionalism. Fire Prevention and Safety Support proactive site safety measures, including fire watch responsibilities when needed. Daily Documentation Maintain detailed, accurate logs and reports.
