In this role, you will lead design efforts on moderate to complex projects and independently contribute to high-complexity assignments with minimal oversight. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver effective engineering solutions, while helping manage project budgets, mentoring junior staff, and supporting training initiatives.
