We are looking for an individual able to handle a wide range of administrative and support related tasks to add to our growing team, ensuring we work well together to meet our agency goals.

This is an in office position with future remote work possible based upon performance and future agency growth.

No prior experience is necessary but licensing will be required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests accurately and timely.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Electronic file management.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Insurance license or ability to obtain license.
• Must be able to clear background check, being bondable and insurable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to prioritize, multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Desire to exceed clients expectations.
• High attention to detail.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
