Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and establish personalized therapy approaches to help them reach their functional milestones

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver thorough and integrated care

• Track and Adapt Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep individuals on the path to success

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Opportunities for continued education and advanced certifications supported

Certifications

• Current OTR/L license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
