Sales Management Trainee

What This Role Involves As a Sales Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the sales process from the ground up. You will work directly with individuals and families, develop client acquisition skills, and build a book of business. As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, you will be trained in: Coaching and developing new representatives Leading team meetings and training sessions Tracking performance metrics and accountability Client retention and long term relationship management Business planning and growth strategy Promotion into leadership is performance based, not time based.
