As a FOH Team Member, you will be the first impression for our guests. You will greet customers, take dine-in and takeout orders, operate the register, assemble and bag orders accurately, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter and assist them with menu selection and questions.
• Take accurate customer orders at the counter and phone/online takeout orders.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) register, process cash and card payments accurately, and manage the register drawer.
• Package and bag dine-in and takeout orders efficiently, ensuring all items, sauces, and utensils are correct.
• Keep the front counter, dining area, drink stations, and restrooms clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen line to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
  

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Ability to speak Arabic is a major plus (helps when assisting Arabic-speaking guests and communicating with kitchen staff), but English proficiency is required.
• Experience: Prior experience as a cashier, host/hostess, server, or counter staff in food service or retail is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
• Customer Service: Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Traits: Dependable, punctual, organized, and capable of multi-tasking during busy peak hours.
• Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
