We’re looking for a positive and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. $15 - $16 hourly

• Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
• Handle customer complaints as necessary

• Night Auditor - Full time. Willing to work weekends.

• Flexible in any shifts when needed.

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step into our hotel.

• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and speed to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing clear and helpful information to ensure a seamless experience.

• Maintain accurate records of guest information, room assignments, and billing details to support smooth operations.

• Conduct nightly audits of daily transactions, ensuring all financial records are balanced and discrepancies are resolved.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.

• Monitor hotel security by observing activity in the lobby and reporting any suspicious behavior to ensure guest safety and peace of mind.

• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred
• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
