Assist clients in understanding available benefit options and answer questions with confidence and clarity. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidential client information. Resolve customer concerns promptly while delivering a positive and professional experience. Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and share best practices. Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, customer relations, telesales, sales support, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
