This is an individual contributor role. Are you a true sales hunter who loves opening doors, building executive relationships, and turning an untapped market into your own? We are seeking an experienced professional to drive new business growth across South Florida. This is an opportunity to build and own a developing territory while representing an established, growing organization in the stable healthcare services industry.

You'll sell long-term linen and laundry service contracts to hospitals, health systems, clinics, and other healthcare organizations—developing opportunities from initial prospecting through complex negotiations and close.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, develop, and close new healthcare service opportunities throughout South Florida.
• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, and non-acute healthcare organizations.
• Create your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face-to-face market development.
• Navigate complex, multi-location health systems and multiple decision-makers.
• Present solutions and negotiate long-term service agreements with senior and executive leadership.
• Develop strategic account plans for major healthcare organizations.
• Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through qualification, presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity within the CRM and consistently achieve sales goals.

What We're Looking For

You're self-motivated, competitive, consultative, and comfortable building a territory rather than simply managing an existing book of business.

Ideally, you bring:

• 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or other complex organizations.
• A track record of developing new business and closing service contracts or sophisticated solutions.
• Confidence presenting and negotiating with senior and C-suite decision-makers.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and lengthy sales cycles.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout South Florida.

We are highly interested in accomplished sales professionals who understand healthcare and can learn the business. Experience working with hospital supply chain, materials management, procurement, or executive leadership is especially attractive. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Territory & Travel

The ideal territory footprint includes: Miami • Miami Gardens • Fort Lauderdale • West Palm Beach and surrounding Southeast Florida markets. Our Miami Gardens facility will serve as a local operational home base for meetings, customer tours, and collaboration. Overnight travel is expected to be relatively limited and may include occasional company meetings, trade shows, or customer-related travel. Most travel will be local, because this role is about being visible in the market and building relationships face-to-face.
