Job Info Job Location: Glen Burnie, Maryland Route Type: Local Type of Assignment: Temp to Hire Transmission Type: Automatic Job Requirements Experience: 1+ year Handling: Light Touch Additional Information CDL Class A Truck Driver – Auto Parts Delivery | Glen Burnie, MD Pay: $29.50 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday (5-day workweek) Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts) with dispatch times typically between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM Home Time: Home daily We are hiring experienced CDL Class A Drivers to deliver automotive parts from Glen Burnie, MD to dealerships throughout the region. This is a dedicated route position operating automatic day cab tractor-trailers with consistent work, steady hours, and the opportunity to join a leading transportation company. Job Responsibilities: Safely operate an automatic Class A day cab tractor-trailer. Deliverautomotive parts to dealerships on dedicated routes. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Accurately complete delivery paperwork and required DOT documentation. Provide professional customer service at each delivery location. Follow all DOT regulations andsafety procedures. Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work assigned schedules. Pay & Benefits: $29.50 per hour Overtime paid after 40 hours worked Full-time, consistent schedule Home daily Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience 1 year within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one) Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major violations or preventable accidents within the past 3 years Must meet all DOT and FMCSA qualifications Previous route deliveryexperience is preferred Requirements: Frequently enter and exit the tractor throughout the shift. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Walk, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday. Safely operate commercial vehicles while maintaining constant awareness of surroundings.
