My father is a 80-year-old diagnosis of Alzheimer's. (Mild to Moderate). He needs help remembering to take his medicine, eat. He likes to go out and eat, so you would have to take him to eat and run errands. He does wear depends, but for the most part, he goes to the bathroom on his own.
